Cape Town is the place where I reside and born in. I have 2 diplomas, Travel and Tourism and Tour Guiding Diploma and a certified Tour Guide.

The travel industry is an industry where you are always educating yourself about new countries. Being a travel consultant you never have a dull moment. No day is the same, sometimes you have challenges and sometimes not, which I love. What I love is that when you book a trip for a family/individual and they come back and give you feedback about the country and holiday they had.

I strongly feel that personal service is important. Especially knowing that your client has the peace of mind traveling and can call you if anything goes wrong etc. I would not like to travel and have a problem and then battle to get through to a call centre or not the travel consultant I have dealt with. Personal service is very important in the travel industry.

I have 27 years experience in the travel industry. Throughout my extensive career, I have worked across various sectors of travel, including (tourism, corporate travel, destination management, travel planning, and trainer) developing a deep understanding of the industry’s ever-evolving landscape. I have very strong organizational skills, customer-focused approach, and innovative problem-solving abilities. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, from corporate groups to leisure travelers. I have also worked with high profile clients, Government departments.
